On Friday, November 4, 2022, Tocal College held its Foundation Day to commemorate the establishment of the College and celebrate the projects and achievements of the College. As part of the day’s presentations, PIEFA’s Chair, Dr. Cameron Archer, provided a detailed understanding of the history of the College and the historic buildings.
